WHAT IS DISPATCHER?
Dispatcher™ is a call centre with a taxi dispatch system tailor made for any taxi driver or business person that wants to build up their own business with their own clients.
Drivers are allocated their own unique phone number that they can give out to their customers. They can also use their own phone number and forward their number to the one that we give them. We will answer calls from customers that have been given the number and dispatch the jobs directly to the Driver App.
Our taxi app allows drivers to manage their own bookings as well as take cash payments from customers. The app comes with a built in taxi meter that you can manually start and stop. The app will track the drivers trip via GPS tracking and automatically calculate the fare at the end.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT
Click on Register Now, and fill out the application form. Once completed our team will set up your account and assign a new phone number for you. You will be able to give the number out to your customers so when they ring, we will answer the calls and dispatch the job to your taxi through our app.
You can also use your own phone number and divert it to the number we give you when you are busy. We will be able to pass on any messages that come in for you. Messages will be sent by text or email.
2. DOWNLOAD OUR APP
Our Driver App allows you to accept payments through the Kavale App, or you can accept cash direct from the customer. If a job is paid through the app then a 10% administration fee will be deducted and the rest will be deposited into your account.
You might be worried about not knowing where to go or what the shortest route is to a destination. Have no fear - our driver app has an easy to follow map that shows you where to go, it shows you how long it will take to get there, and it will also show you an estimate on what the fare will be. Our app also connects to Google Navigation which gives you voice assistance and tells you which direction to go if you need it.
